Are you looking for a way to relax after school or work? Try Tai Chi, a Chinese martial art combining gentle movements and deep breaths that has existed for thousands of years. This program uses a follow-the-leader style that is perfect for beginners. Led by Sherry Matonis, a Tai Chi instructor and black belt. Wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes.
